The women of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” have careers that extend well beyond the Bravo cameras.

When they aren’t dealing with RHOSLC drama, the season 7 cast stays busy with businesses, creative projects, and some surprisingly varied careers. Their day jobs range from tequila and beauty to fashion, music, salons, and even church leadership.

RHOSLC Stars Lisa, Mary, Heather, and Angie Have Built Very Different Careers

Lisa Barlow owns Vida Tequila, Blue Jay Seltzer, men’s grooming line Fresh Wolf, and LUXE Marketing. She also released her first single, “Baby Gorgeous,” in 2026.

Mary Cosby is the First Lady of Faith Pentecostal alongside her husband, Robert Cosby Sr. When the church reopened after more than two years of renovations, she reflected on what the building means to her family.

“Our church has been in our family for sixty years, and this will be the first time we renovated it,” Mary said. “The renovations took over two years. So opening these doors is like opening a home. And there’s no place like home.”

Heather Gay owns Beauty Lab + Laser, a med spa with two Utah locations, and is also an author. Her first fiction novel, “Eternal Glow,” is scheduled for October 2026.

Angie Katsanevas co-owns Lunatic Fringe Salons with her (estranged?) husband, Shawn Trujillo. The Utah-based business has expanded through franchising into three states.

“Our Lunatic Fringe salons, our businesses, were already at mass capacity,” Angie said. “We have been recognized nationally as one of the top salons in North America. So we’re just really continuing to focus on our franchise and our existing Lunatic Fringe salons locally here in Utah.”

Meredith, Bronwyn, Whitney, Britani, and Ashley Stay Busy Off Camera

Meredith Marks may have one of the busiest résumés in the group. Between Meredith Marks Jewelry, Meredith Marks Caviar, her Park City boutique, and the past two years spent DJing around the world, she has no shortage of projects. She also has a law degree and a master of management.

Bronwyn Newport took a very different route. After working in finance, she moved into fashion influence and now writes her Substack, Threads of Individuality.

Beauty and jewelry are Whitney Rose’s lane. She owns Wild Rose Beauty and PRISM Jewelry, keeping her entrepreneurial focus squarely in lifestyle.

Britani Bateman, meanwhile, has a background that looks more Broadway than boardroom. The BYU musical theater graduate performed in the second national tour of “Miss Saigon” and has continued working as a singer and performer.

Then there’s season 7 newcomer Ashley Quai, whose résumé is a little harder to put in one box. Bravo describes her as an “entrepreneur, motorcycle enthusiast, and former makeup artist.”

In other words, RHOSLC may deliver plenty of drama, but this group definitely isn’t relying on Housewives alone to stay busy.
