The first trailer for “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 7 has arrived, and it looks like nearly every Housewife is facing a major turning point.
Bravo released the dramatic first look ahead of the Sept. 16 premiere, teasing relationship struggles, emotional family moments, new romances and plenty of the over-the-top confrontations fans have come to expect from Salt Lake City.
The trailer features returning Housewives Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Bronwyn Newport and Whitney Rose, along with friends Britani Bateman and Ashley Quai.
From marriage troubles to explosive cast trips, season 7 appears to be packed with emotional highs and lows.
Marriage Problems Take Center Stage in the RHOSLC Season 7 Trailer
One of the biggest storylines teased involves Angie and husband Shawn Trujillo.
During what appears to be a roast, jokes about the couple’s sex life quickly give way to a much more serious conversation.
“Our daughter is the most important person here,” Shawn tells Angie. “If we choose to go our separate ways, that will crush her.”
Whitney Rose also appears to be facing challenges in her marriage to Justin Rose.
“I don’t know if you and I can move forward in our marriage or if it’s over,” Whitney says through tears.
Bronwyn Newport’s separation from Todd Bradley will also play out on camera after the couple announced their split earlier this year.
“You like to keep your secrets hidden and then get surprised when I bring them up,” Bronwyn tells Todd.
“I’m not doing this with you. I hope you’re (expletive) happy,” Todd responds before walking away.
Not every relationship is falling apart, however.
The trailer introduces Heather Gay’s new boyfriend, Tripp, as Heather makes it clear she has no plans to walk down the aisle again.
“I’m never getting married again,” she tells him before asking if that changes anything for their future together.
Bronwyn’s new relationship with Brandon Good also becomes a topic of conversation, with several cast members questioning whether the romance is genuine.
“Bronwyn always tells on herself. It seems like a big PR move,” Lisa Barlow says.
Later in the trailer, both Britani Bateman and Heather accuse Bronwyn of telling “lies,” though Bravo doesn’t reveal what they’re referring to.
Mary Cosby Leans on Friends While New Feuds Explode
The trailer also previews one of the season’s most emotional storylines as Mary Cosby grieves the loss of her son, Robert Cosby Jr.
In one scene, Mary shares a quiet moment with husband Robert Cosby Sr. inside their church.
“You’ve been my strength,” she tells him before accidentally calling him her “side piece” instead of her “sidekick,” bringing a brief moment of levity to an emotional conversation.
In a confessional, Mary reflects on having her husband’s support.
“I’m so blessed and thankful that I can go through this with Robert Sr.,” she says.
Mary also thanks her castmates for standing beside her during an incredibly difficult time.
“I could not have gotten through it without you guys,” she tells Angie. “You all was there for me.”
Of course, it wouldn’t be a season of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” without plenty of drama.
The women celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in San Francisco before heading to Hawaii, where paradise quickly gives way to heated arguments.
Angie and Lisa Barlow clash, while Bronwyn and Britani face off in another confrontation. Meredith Marks also shuts down Whitney’s attempt to repair their friendship.
When Whitney asks if they can “move forward,” Meredith delivers a blunt response.
“That’s not gonna happen.”
Heather also appears to struggle to rebuild relationships with both Meredith and Lisa, suggesting old wounds remain fresh as the group heads into another drama-filled season.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 7 premieres Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes will stream the following day on Peacock.
