Have gossip about Bravo, the Real Housewives, or reality TV? To submit a tip or blind item to Bravo and Cocktails, fill out the form below. You can use a pseudonym or stay anonymous, you can use a fake email, and you can upload screenshots or files along with your tip. We ask for an email only so we can follow up with questions. You can also send tips by Instagram DM to @bravoandcocktails.
The juiciest submissions — the ones too spicy for Instagram — may end up in our Too Hot for IG section or our Cocktail Party members-only section.

Can I submit a blind item anonymously?
Yes. You can submit under a pseudonym or leave the name fields blank. We ask for an email only so we can ask follow-up questions — it is never published and never shared.
What happens after I submit a tip?
We read every submission. If we need more detail, we may reply to the email you provided. If a tip runs on the site, identifying details are sometimes obscured to protect the people involved — that's what makes it a blind item.
Are the blind items real?
Our blinds come from real tips and real sources, but they are gossip, not confirmed reporting. Details are sometimes obscured to protect sources, and reality TV changes fast — casting falls through, people back out. When a blind doesn't come true, we're up front about it.
Can I send screenshots or files?
Yes — use the Upload Your Files button on the form to attach screenshots, photos, or documents with your tip.
Is there another way to send tea?
Yes. You can DM us on Instagram at @bravoandcocktails. The form is the best option for longer tips or anything with attachments.
