“The Real Housewives of New York City” is coming back with a cast whose résumés are almost as varied as their personalities.
Season 16 brings back Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank, while former Housewife Carole Radziwill is making her return to the franchise. Newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye complete the seven-woman cast.
Between them, the RHONY season 16 ladies have careers spanning fashion, media, real estate, public relations, fitness and beauty. Several are also juggling more than one business as cameras follow their personal and professional lives.
So, what exactly does everyone do when they aren’t filming RHONY?
The Returning RHONY Housewives Work in Fashion, Media and Real Estate
Sai built her career as a fashion blogger and lifestyle content creator. She became known for her Scout the City platform and has continued creating content across social media. She also publishes Sai Unseen on Substack.
Erin has worked in real estate and interior design and owns Erin’s Studio. She and her husband, Abe Lichy, also launched Mezcalum in 2024 and currently host “Come Together with Erin + Abe Lichy.”
However, Erin told Bravo Insider that she has recently stepped away from some of her professional responsibilities, making the podcast her main focus.
“I really had to take a step back from work because it was too much and I was just running myself into the ground and just having a lot of s–t happening, moving, it was just too much,” she said. “So I’m just building a future, and I’m not quite sure exactly what it is. I feel like it’s kind of nice to take a minute and see….I’m trying to figure it out.”
Jessel comes from the fashion PR world. She later founded Oushq, a platform focused on emerging fashion designers. The company partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America last year as Jessel continued expanding the business.
Then there’s returning Housewife Carole, whose résumé stretches back long before her first RHONY appearance.
Carole previously worked as a news producer before becoming an author. Her books include “What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship, and Love” and “The Widow’s Guide to Sex and Dating.” She now publishes The Voice of Reason with Carole Radziwill on Substack.
RHONY Season 16 Newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye Have Their Own Businesses
The three RHONY Season 16 newcomers bring entirely different careers to the season.
Hailey owns Hailey Glassman PR and has represented clients in the restaurant, medical, and entertainment industries. She isn’t stopping with public relations, either. Hailey is preparing to launch a wrinkle-prevention device later this year.
Erika has built her career in fitness. She was part of the founding team behind Rumble Boxing and later created Knockout at Equinox. Her latest project is PS Active, a workout clothing line scheduled to launch Sept. 10.
Daisy has more than two decades of experience as a celebrity makeup artist. That includes 17 years working as Martha Stewart’s longtime makeup artist.
Daisy is now working with Martha on a makeup palette while also developing her own line of nude lipstick.
Those careers should give RHONY plenty of professional storylines in season 16, especially as several of the women launch new projects or reconsider their next moves.
Their jobs won’t be the only thing keeping them busy. The new season will also follow major changes in their personal lives, including Sai’s divorce, Erin’s professional pressures and Daisy trying to balance her demanding career with her marriage.
“The Real Housewives of New York City” season 16 premieres Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo after an 18-month hiatus. New episodes will stream the following day on Peacock.
