Charlie Zakkour isn’t doing much to quiet the Ariana Biermann romance rumors on “Next Gen NYC.”
After insisting that nothing sexual happened between the co-stars during BravoCon 2025, Charlie continued teasing the possibility of a hookup during season 2, episode 9. And when he was finally asked whether he would actually hook up with Ariana, his answer was pretty straightforward.
“Would I (expletive) her? Well, why wouldn’t I? Like, what’s the downside?” Charlie said.
His admission comes after weeks of flirting and speculation surrounding the pair, despite Ariana previously declaring at BravoCon that she wouldn’t touch Charlie “with a 10-foot pole.”
Charlie Zakkour Says Ariana Biermann’s Flirting ‘Hit a Little Bit Sweeter’
Charlie admitted on the “Next Gen NYC After Show” that Ariana’s BravoCon comment didn’t necessarily motivate him to pursue her. However, he acknowledged that her behavior afterward made their flirting more interesting.
Charlie said Ariana’s “flirting” with him “hit a little bit sweeter” after hearing what she’d previously said.
He maintained that “nothing sexual happened” between them during BravoCon, although he revealed they were “cuddling” and “rubbing each other on the bed” during a late-night gathering in his Las Vegas hotel room.
“We are flirting. That’s it,” Charlie said in a confessional after claiming Ariana had a “crush” on him.
By episode 9, however, Charlie was having even more fun with the speculation.
He joked to Omar Zaki that he and Ariana “(expletive) in the airplane bathroom” on their flight home from Las Vegas. Charlie later made another joke when Shai Fruchter asked about Ariana visiting his apartment with friends at 1 a.m.
“We only (expletive) for like a second,” Charlie joked. “I don’t kiss and tell, bro, you know me.”
Charlie ultimately clarified that “nothing too interesting happened” during the late-night visit.
The ‘Next Gen NYC’ Star Reveals His Dating ‘Icks’ and Who Gets the Bill
The Ariana speculation isn’t the only time Charlie has been talking about his dating life.
During the “Next Gen NYC After Show,” the cast discussed their biggest dating “icks,” and Charlie claimed it takes quite a bit for him to lose interest in someone he’s attracted to.
“I don’t think men get icked out by women as easily as the other way around,” he explained. “If there’s a girl that I think is, like, hot enough, there’s nothing that she can do to ick me out, frankly.”
Charlie eventually conceded that someone who doesn’t wash her hands could “maybe” qualify.
He also revealed that he expects to pay when taking a woman on a date because doing otherwise could “ick them out.” Charlie said he will sometimes pick up the bill for female friends, including Ava Dash, but draws the line when someone is in a relationship.
“It’s more so just like, out of respect to the boyfriend and out of respect to, like, the situation,” Charlie explained. “I wouldn’t want my girlfriend going out and getting paid for by guys.”
New episodes of “Next Gen NYC” air Wednesdays on Bravo.
