Tracy Tutor is officially trading luxury listings for diamonds. The longtime “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star is joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for season 16, and she sounds more than ready to let viewers further into her life.
“Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life,” Tracy wrote on Instagram on August 19. “Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely.”
Andy Cohen was quick to celebrate the news in the comments, writing, “This has been a long time coming!”
And Tracy won’t exactly be walking into RHOBH as a stranger. She already has connections to several current and former cast members — along with some history with Dorit Kemsley.
Tracy Tutor Has Plenty Going On Outside of RHOBH
@tracytutor Well… the secret’s officially out. 💎 I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter. Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. 😂 Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely. So what’s left to say but, Let’s fucking go @Bravo 🥂💎
Bravo viewers already know Tracy from seasons 10 through 15 of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.” She made history as the show’s first female real estate agent and has built a career selling luxury properties in California and Texas.
She’s also the author of the 2020 book “Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word: How to Develop the Unstoppable Confidence to Own Any Room.”
Away from work, Tracy is mom to daughters Juliet Maltas and Scarlett Maltas, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Maltas. Tracy and Jason were married for 13 years before she filed for divorce in 2018.
Her dating life could also give RHOBH viewers something new to follow. Tracy is currently single and hasn’t been shy about discussing her search for love on Instagram. On August 2, she joked that she was “auditing some of her dating decisions this summer.” In another July post, she made it clear she’s looking for something special, writing, “It’s this or why bother.”
Tracy previously dated fitness trainer Erik Anderson beginning in 2020 before the couple split in 2023.
The Former MDLLA Star Already Has RHOBH Connections — and Dorit Kemsley Drama
Tracy already knows her way around the Beverly Hills social circle.
She’s friendly with Kyle Richards‘ estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, and previously spoke positively about Kyle and Mauricio’s family dynamic during a 2023 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
Tracy has also discussed her friendships with former RHOBH stars Crystal Kung Minkoff and Garcelle Beauvais.
“I was close with Crystal, [but] she’s not on the show anymore,” Tracy said during a March 2025 appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live.” “And I know Garcelle, who’s a doll. And I loosely know Kyle.”
Current cast members are already welcoming Tracy to the group. Jennifer Tilly reacted to her casting announcement by writing, “Wheeeee! Let the games begin!” Bozoma Saint John added, “Welcome to RHOBH!”
But perhaps Tracy’s most interesting existing connection is Dorit.
The two have publicly clashed before. In 2025, Tracy claimed Dorit had stopped working with a hairstylist because of unpaid bills and alleged she owed him money. Dorit later addressed Tracy’s claims on “Watch What Happens Live,” calling them “hysterical.”
