Kyle Richards isn’t taking any chances when it comes to being prepared for her first grandchild.

The RHOBH star’s eldest daughter, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, is expecting her first child in November 2026, making Kyle a first-time grandmother. And although the pregnancy announcement initially left her in “complete shock,” Kyle has quickly moved into preparation mode.

Speaking to Bravo Insider ahead of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th,” Kyle recalled exactly how Farrah broke the news.

“Oh, my god. Just complete shock. Complete shock. I mean, she called me, and she said, ‘Are you alone? Who are you with?’ And then she just blurted it out. And I was driving, and I just stopped my car,” Kyle recalled.

“And then I just start freaking out, so excited. Drove to her house, and then we surprised, you know, obviously Mauricio and her sisters. And it was just really exciting. I’m so excited.”

Kyle Richards Is Already Preparing Her Home for the Baby

Kyle isn’t waiting until November to start getting ready.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed she’s already been doing plenty of shopping — and she doesn’t just want supplies at Farrah’s house.

“I bought so many things for this baby already. I cannot wait,” Kyle said. “I feel like I need to have all the things too: like, a baby Bjorn and a stroller and a car seat. I want all the things.”

And her plans don’t stop with the baby gear.

When asked whether her first grandchild would have a special room at Kyle’s Encino home, she didn’t hesitate.

“Oh, of course, of course, yes,” Kyle confirmed.

As Bravo and Cocktails previously reported, Kyle is currently filming season 16 of RHOBH.
