RHOC Finale: Tamra and Shannon Cut From Filming
Tamra and Shannon were both cut from the finale following explosive behavior during the road trip, during that portion of filming. So our post said they were involved in a brawl. They went to New York City. They were sent home. They were told they couldn't film. They couldn't do New York City. They couldn't do the Bluestone Manor party.
So they were pissed about missing key scenes. Here's the thing. Number one, the fight was definitely cut down, and the reason being that immediately after filming the girls trip, cameras picked up for OC. So it wasn't cut like people believe 'cause it was so crazy and they didn't wanna show us. It was cut because production for OC was like, "Absolutely not. Cut. We're gonna settle this score on OC," which is what we see them do at the very beginning, right? They go to The Quiet Woman, and they kind of agree again to move forward.
Welcome to Cocktails and Gossip, the podcast where we drink cocktails, but you better believe we're gonna spill the tea. We chat reality TV, celebrity blinds, and the hottest tea from BravoAndCocktails.com. And as always, it's all alleged and just for fun. We do not verify our blinds. I'm B. And I'm Amanda. Let's get into this week's tea.
What's up, Cocktailers? Hello, Amanda.
Hi, B. Hi, Cocktailers. We are so excited. We have a guest today who is always heavily requested by the Cocktailers. We have Tasha from The Pop Astrologist on Instagram. Welcome, Tasha.
Eclipse Season and Astrology with Tasha Beg
Oh my God. Hello, everyone. Happy eclipse season. I'm so excited to be back.
We're so excited to have you. I always get questions, "When's Tasha coming back?" And I have a funny story for Amanda. Amanda knows part of it.
Yeah.
So I was having a boozy pool day at my house. It's summer, we're hanging out. I had three of my girlfriends over, and they started talking about astrology or something, and I was like, "Oh, I have an astrologist who I'm friends with on Instagram." And they're like, "What?" So I FaceTimed Tasha, and she picks up. She gave us all a reading. My friends are obsessed. They're all like, "Can we book her?" I'm like, "Yes. You can find her at The Pop Astrologist on Instagram." So we had so much fun.
Well, now I have to copy and do the same thing.
Yeah. Amanda actually messaged me, 'cause I posted to one of my Instagram stories. She's like, "I wanna do this." I'm like, "You need to."
I'm all for a reading at a pool party. I swear, I feel like watching The Housewives, you kinda see how readings are done in a group setting, and I feel like it just makes it so accessible.
I've actually had people reach out, like Cocktailers reach out, and I have done this one beach trip for a couple of years now. It's like a group of them hanging out at the beach together on their girls trip, and then I Zoom in and do a little reading sesh for everyone like we're on Real Housewives. So it's been awesome.
That's amazing.
What a great idea, too, B. I think that's always so fun, too, 'cause then after the session, you have your glass of champagne, and then you gossip about everything that is coming up for each other, and that sounds so fun.
Yeah, it was. So Tasha, question for you.
Yes, ma'am.
You mentioned this, and then I had told you before we jumped on that I've been seeing that we're in eclipse season. But it seems like it could be intense for some people based on what I've been seeing people saying, 'cause now I'm on the astrology side of social media, apparently.
It'll get you somehow.
I love it. I love it. So tell us, can you just tell us in a general kind of astrological weather forecast, what's happening and why it's significant?
Totally. So I mean, here's the thing. I think this summer has just been pretty, for the most part, intense for a lot of people. But we happen now, as of yesterday, August 12th, to be in eclipse season. And you don't necessarily have to know exactly what eclipse season means from a technical perspective, but just think about eclipses as supercharged full moons and new moons. Every month we have a new moon, every month we have a full moon. You can kind of think of these as new moons and full moons on steroids.
And so there's this element of new beginnings and endings that kind of are informed by fate, quote-unquote. All right, so it kind of feels like things are a little bit more out of your control. It feels like the universe, or whatever your belief system, is effectively rearranging a bunch of things during this month of August.
And so technically, we had that first eclipse yesterday in Leo. So if you have Leo placements, if you have Aquarius placements, Taurus, and Scorpio, that would be a really big eclipse for you. And it's again, as Amanda said, everyone experiences them, but for those four signs, those are gonna be activating one of the major pillars of your life, including self, and family, and career, and relationships.
And eclipse season ends at the end of the month. So you can, again, think of this whole month of August as one giant washing machine, and things are getting turned around and cleaned out. And by the end of the month, on August 28th, we actually have another eclipse, a lunar eclipse in Pisces. So if you have Pisces placements, Virgo placements, I think, Amanda, you're a Virgo, right?
Yes. It's closing out the season of change, but you're thinking even about how, over these last couple of years since early 2025, how much of your life has also changed. And so this is kind of wrapping that story up. So all to say, it's a big month of change, and there's not a whole lot of active doing. I'm not saying stop everything you're doing or start everything all of a sudden. Just do everything in tandem with what you're already doing, but just know that there's a lot of rearranging happening in the background.
So when you say starts and stops, could that mean, when you're saying you don't need to start doing anything, does the starts and stops mean it's kind of things that are out of your control?
Yeah, a little bit, because a lot of people always ask me, do I manifest or do I write things down with the eclipse? And my thing is always, you've already programmed it. You can kinda think of the eclipse as showing you the results of your work, your intention, the things that you've done in the six months leading up to it.
So you see the fruits of your labor, so to speak. Right? So there's not a whole lot of let me add more things to the pot. It's let me see where the tide is taking me, and then after the dust settles, I can then make a more concrete decision moving forward in September. But when I say there's big changes, I mean, we just had the eclipse yesterday, but you're really gonna see the effects play out in October, November as well. So this month's a big month of change, but then you're gonna look at October into November as the peak continuity from this period.
Okay. Very interesting. And this is the practical side of me. What people call manifest, to me, I'm like, manifesting is also working towards something.
Absolutely.
So I've always thought of manifest as a wishful thinking. You close your eyes at night and you're like, "Okay, I'm gonna manifest that I wake up in Monaco." But really, what manifest is these are the things I want for myself, so I'm working towards that. So it's that, and not wishful thinking, which is how I guess I used to picture it.
Totally. I think people, when you think about manifest, as you said, let me write some things down. I wanna just emphasize that's also really important, what you think you deserve, 'cause it's sometimes scary for people to ask for what they want and to fully own something, right? So writing it, being intentional with it, that kinda gets you halfway there.
But it is very much about the action you take to crystallize or concretize that intention. I always say the universe is kind of like a 401. You have to invest so it can match, you know what I mean? And it can't just throw money in your thing. You have to show, "Hey, I'm opening an account. Hey, there's somewhere to put this. Hey, I'm actually working towards building more of this reserve." But it'll match you, is the way I interpret it.
That makes so much sense. Well, and I read Amanda Frances' book. I think I told you guys that. I had read it way before she was ever a housewife.
Yeah. And it's all about — I need Tasha's thoughts on her.
I know. But I was just gonna say the other thing about manifesting is kind of also getting really clear on what you want, but then also kind of recognizing if there is something that might be mentally blocking you, like making you think, like you said, Tasha, that you might not deserve what you want. And so trying to kind of get past that mental block, which I find really interesting, and I find that actually to be really compelling because, you know, I talk to my kids about this a lot. If you say you can't, you definitely can't. And if you think you can — who said this? Teddy Roosevelt. If you think you can, you're halfway there.
Yeah, totally. I think it's always really funny because I'll work with clients, right? And they'll say certain things, but then I'll catch them saying immediately, they'll give themselves a caveat, right? So let's say you wanna grow followers or whatever, right? I will literally have people talk to me and they're like, "Yeah, I think I'm good at 10k. I don't wanna get any bigger than that." And I'm like, "Do you already catch yourself limiting yourself? Like, why? You don't even know what you want. You already think that's unsafe." So it's just how you talk about it.
Well, I guess it's the idea you don't wanna make expectations and not reach them.
Totally.
Which I think is something we all — I see all these memes now probably 'cause my algorithm is a woman in her 40s. But I do find, at least for myself, it to be true as I get older, less things feel out of reach because I'm like, whatever, what have I got to lose? Of course, I have so much to lose, and it's funny because now I'm at a point in my life where you are like a real adult. In your 20s, you're pretending to be an adult, 30s you're settling in. Now I'm like a real adult, so you have stuff to lose, the home, the kids, the marriage, whatever. But I don't mean those things. I mean like, why not take the shot? I guess it's such a sense of, you're not embarrassed of things maybe you were when you were younger kind of thing.
Housewives Astrology Charts: Individual Readings
Well, here's the thing, B. I mean, I know your chart, so I know that you are a glass half full. You've got so much Sagittarius, you know what I mean? And that is ruled by the planet Jupiter, which rules confidence and blessings and faith. And so naturally, if you have more Sagittarius placements, there is a sense of you're here to cultivate faith and confidence in what you wanna accomplish in this lifetime. You're always here to kind of push the boundaries or just the idea of like, oh, I wonder how well this could go if I took this leap of faith.
And not every chart is wired for that, but that's also kind of where it's cool to understand where did that block come from? Or where is there a resistance? And you can kinda trace it through the chart as well. But yeah, you'd be surprised at how many people already put limits on themselves without even realizing, and then also how many people don't explicitly say what it is they want, and then they just try to pursue something, but then when they're not getting the results they want, it's like, well, what were you really trying to anchor it to? What is your definition of success? When you think about manifesting, again, what were you trying to manifest with this outcome? And it's usually a feeling. It's usually how I feel when I get something, rather than the actual prize itself, to be honest.
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20s has started. I mean, anyway, it's a mouthful. It just started this last week, and I think it's been a really interesting time for all of us Bravo fans to really kind of look back and celebrate the 20 years of something that in pop culture has really been something that I know all three of us here, and everybody listening, has really cared about. Talking about that, and then astrological weather again. And we'll talk more about the show itself too, guys, but I'm just curious, Tasha, when you look at this through your lens, what do you see about this show?
Yeah, I mean, one, I think it makes a lot of sense that it premiered this week. It's eclipse week, and so you're thinking about things coming out with a big bang, but you're also thinking about how this is just the start. And so you would anticipate all the way through 2028, maybe mid-2028, 2029 even, there being almost like a second life. I don't necessarily feel like this is the only Real Housewives — like, I feel like there would be other iterations or something, but this is just coming at the beginning.
And so you're really thinking about Jan 2028 as a very big culminating moment for the show. And what I said earlier was this is a Leo eclipse. Well, you have very prominent people on the cast that have significant placements that naturally tie into this eclipse. So you have Kyle Richards, for example. She's a Leo rising. Now, it will be important for her because the symbolism around this eclipse season is a lot about a changing of the guard, and the old king or queen kind of stepping aside to allow the younger generation to lead. You can kind of see that politically, you can kind of see that in Housewives land as well.
Now, what's interesting is Gizelle's an Aquarius rising, so Leo is the opposite sign of Aquarius, so you can most likely tell this will be a big season for both Kyle and for Gizelle as well, but Teresa — I mean, Teresa is a Leo moon and a Taurus sun. If you again have those fixed sign placements, this eclipse becomes very important.
And so in essence, those are the three folks that I'm really keeping an eye out as, not to say breakout stars from the show, 'cause they're all obviously legends in their own right, but then it's also interesting how so many of them on the show have prominent Cancer and Capricorn or cardinal sign placements, which again, will be more a focus in 2028 into 2029, but really starting next summer. So you see continuity. It's not over for these women, and it's also certainly not over for the show or this iteration of whatever this show is.
So interesting. And are you guys liking the format so far? Meaning it's not like a normal girls trip where they're all in one spot on vacation, but they're traveling to each city.
I personally do. I actually really enjoyed the episode, and I will admit Bravo has been a little more fatiguing for me as of late. And I did genuinely feel, oh, there's something exciting here. It feels like there were some laugh out loud moments. It just felt like a really lovely celebration, and seeing the OC cast also making an appearance that first episode. I am sad there's not enough NeNe though. That was the one criticism I had. I love NeNe when she's back on my screen.
It does look like we'll get to see her one more time, so that's exciting. But it's interesting when you said that Bravo has felt fatiguing. And I have definitely been feeling that too with a couple of shows. But some of the newer shows, like Next Gen: New York City, earlier this year Rhode Island, felt very exciting and energizing to me. And so when you said that word, I'm like, maybe that is part of what is — there are some people that are really bringing it down for me. 'Cause I like the idea of them going and almost reliving and redoing some of these parties, right, like they did with the Bunco party.
I said this on the podcast a couple weeks ago, that Vicki seems sad. She's making me sad. It's making the show feel sad. And I feel like she is dragging this show down too. And I'm not liking that. I love the nostalgia. I love the cameos. I like that we've got this core seven that's coming together, and that they don't even — I kind of assumed at that level they would all know each other pretty well, but they don't. So some of that stuff I'm really liking.
I agree about the Vicki thing, and I think the misstep with the network is that where we had to watch Vicki on OC and then now we're watching her — it's too much Vicki. There's a reason why she was taken off. And I think a reunion trip is the perfect place for her, but I don't think she has a place on the series anymore. Honestly, that's a larger conversation about how we feel about OC in general and the recycling and all of that.
But there's a clip for next episode I keep seeing with Kyle crying because it's her 30th wedding anniversary, and Vicki basically attacks her and is projecting onto her, 'cause we've heard her say many times she regrets cheating on Don and subsequently divorcing him. And she basically yells at Kyle, like, "You should be upset, you should be ashamed. You were an example of true love. You should be raising your grandchildren with Mauricio. Like, you messed up." First of all, Kyle and Vicki are not good friends, so we're starting there, right? And I understand it's Housewives and a television show, but this is very much who Vicki is. And it's like that personality trait, you can't just say that to somebody. This isn't a fight about a dress or how your glam is done. This is Kyle's real life. Bringing in her children and grandchildren. Who the hell is Vicki?
Well, and to put "So many of us believed and loved because of you," to put essentially the world's belief and love on Kyle's shoulders — what is wrong with her? But also, how about to put the responsibility on Kyle's shoulders? We all know the cheating rumors with Mauricio, right? It takes two to tango, and I think a lot of what irks me about Vicki is for such a strong, independent, successful business woman, she has a lot of values and beliefs that I find antiquated, and I think her lashing out at Kyle was a good example of that.
Well, I mean, even her and Teresa, right? Teresa's talking about her taxes this episode and this whole — she went all TurboTax on her, right? Like, it's not an appropriate time. What are you doing? But in a way, it kind of makes it interesting. I'm not saying that's something I genuinely enjoy watching, but to me, I feel like this is very Vicki. Like, I remember reading her. I was on her podcast with Christian, and even reading her, it's such a very interesting chart. She is a very assertive, abrasive, fiery type of character, and we've seen that over the course of the show. But it is interesting, because in her chart, it does signify a closing chapter all the way through September 28, basically. So I can't imagine Vicki staying on for too long after that. But yeah, there's basically a wrapping up, and this is, to me, a big final hurrah before she's done formally with this cast alone.
Hasta la vista, baby.
Well, and seeing that scene, it very much is Vicki projecting herself on Kyle. That's clearly what Vicki is so upset with herself about. Don't put this on Kyle. Kyle, I think, is pretty clear. B, to your point, she didn't wanna be here. This is not where she wanted to be necessarily with her life and her marriage.
Yeah. I mean, look, Vicki, if I'm thinking about the fall — Orange County's back on our TVs in the fall — but there's a lot of activation in Vicki's chart around relationships, interpersonal relationships. But also, there's something about finances and revisiting work stability. So it could be quite interesting, the fall for Vicki, when the season airs formally.
Well, I will say, you brought up Gizelle too. She's definitely my favorite on the show so far. And you also mentioned NeNe. Did you guys get emotional seeing her pretty much open the show?
RHOA: Why This Season of Atlanta Felt Fatiguing
Very much so. And I have to tell you, I think my most asked questions in my DMs is, "When is NeNe coming back? Is NeNe coming back?" Especially with her being on the girls' trip show, we all feel like the door is open for her. I have no confirmation on it. I have a lot of NeNe stans and accounts who love her as I do, and the rumor persists. I don't know. I think Atlanta for Amanda and I was one of those shows that made us fatigued this year. And I said it last week, and I'm interested to see what you think about this. I'm not sure if you watched Atlanta this season.
I watched half. I got fatigued as well halfway through. But I started.
Okay. So then you're gonna get where Amanda and I finally figured it out. It's not like I can look at anyone on the cast and they're the problem. It's the way that the women mesh. It doesn't feel like the right combination of women.
The friendship is not there. It ends up just becoming toxic.
Yeah. I think that's why RHORI was such a lightning in a bottle — oh, okay, we're back. Because it felt like these were women who had real connections with each other regardless if they were friends or not or frenemies. But in this case with Atlanta, it just feels a little more forced, and it doesn't feel as natural. It just didn't sit right with me.
100%.
One of the conversations on the show is the women's icon moments. But kind of going with all of the franchises across everything, who would you guys think is the actual — who are the faces that you think of? Who is the ultimate housewife to you guys?
I love the battle between them because it's very clear that each of them feels they're the face of Housewives. Especially Teresa, Vicki, and I'm gonna say Luann. They really feel — I feel like Barlow and even Porsha recognize they came a little bit later, but they still think they're better than the others, but they're just not the original face. And one thing that I really believe is it's an ensemble. There's no — losing one person doesn't make or break any city. I will say, if I'm looking at all of the cities and those who have come and gone, NeNe to me feels like her city changed the most. And I mean, if you look at the numbers, it lost the most viewers when she left. So if I had to call it, I would probably say NeNe.
Yeah. I mean, I understand from a practical perspective why they put Porsha in over NeNe, given Porsha's relevance on Bravo currently, and NeNe's long-term story. But when I think of OG Atlanta, you're thinking NeNe. I'm even thinking Kandi, to be quite honest too.
I don't understand why they picked Porsha, and the only thing that makes sense to me is that Porsha has this overarching deal. So she's getting paid over the course of how many years X amount, so they just utilized her. Because honestly, Kandi probably didn't wanna do it, 'cause she's taking a break from Housewives.
Right. I would've picked Phaedra over her, because Phaedra's more singularly entertaining than Porsha, in my opinion.
I don't know. I was kinda thinking, who is my Mount Rushmore of Housewives? And Luann, for sure. Obviously Kyle. Vicki, I would grudgingly give to her just because she's the OG. I gotta say Kandi. As much as I love NeNe, but Kandi, to me, especially where we've just seen so much change in her life and her build this empire. And then I'm gonna throw one in that feels a little bit — you're gonna be surprised to hear me say this, especially you, B, 'cause you know that she's not one of my favorites, but I would also say Alexia from Miami.
Oh. I agree with that. I agree with that. I love Alexia. I don't always like or agree with what she does, but if you think Housewives, she's a face that flashes, right?
Yeah. She's a fabulous housewife. Absolutely. And she's on that Hey You press junket in Australia right now. So I find that interesting.
That's a good thing. Oh, and then Teresa, of course. Teresa. And she's not my favorite, but she belongs up there.
Well, Teresa and Alexia, they have very similar charts, so it wouldn't be surprising there would be developments for Alexia coming up as well. I don't know necessarily, I haven't looked at the Miami chart or whatever, but I do know that Teresa and — this would be a very significant time for Alexia, 'cause I do think she has Pisces and fixed signs. Either way, this is a big season for her, so I would anticipate her coming back sooner than later, honestly. I just feel like she has such staying power, and she to me strikes me as definitely an OG, and I think would like Miami back. That's me.
She's not alone. All of us would.
Right? Another Vicki thing, and again, I guess it makes the show interesting 'cause it creates conflict, which leads to conversations. When they had all the cutouts and she said Teresa had changed the most physically. Teresa understandably didn't exactly take it as a compliment. So my thing for you guys is, was Vicki intentionally shading Teresa, or is this just classic Vicki saying something wildly insulting and just genuinely feeling like it's an honest comment?
Oh. I'll let Amanda go. 'Cause I'm gonna base it on the chart.
I think Vicki has a little — do you guys remember when Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt got divorced, and Jennifer said that he was missing the sensitivity chip?
Yes.
I think Vicki is missing the sensitivity chip with everybody but herself.
Yes. And it's always people like that are so touchy, which pisses me off.
Right. I think that she genuinely did not realize she was shading Teresa. But it felt like very clear shade. And I will say, my husband was watching with me, and he has not been a longtime Bravo watcher. But he even said, "Was that Teresa? What was going on with her hair?" And I told him, I was like, "I think at some point she had some sort of hairline lift or something."
Totally. She did, but I have to say, Teresa to me looked more — she looks more done up now. But Kyle's face has changed the most.
Yes.
I mean, if you look at early pictures of Kyle, her face is totally different, whereas Teresa, they all look different. Teresa admitted to a nose job. I'm fairly certain she had a full face lift. She definitely fixed her hairline, and the hair color. She's got the extensions. So yes, she looks different, but the actual face to me, I find — but it's interesting, because the picture of Kyle, not as much. But I know when I see clips, I'm like, oh my God, Kyle looks, to me, the most different. Her profile has really changed.
Even Vicki, who's had a lot of work done, she doesn't look that much different. She just, it's more upkeep. Porsha's face looks essentially the same. I don't think she's probably had no work done.
Porsha looks great, yeah.
Her body is a different story, 'cause I'm sure she's had the butt and the boobs and whatever. But her face, I'm trying to think. Barlow's face is essentially the same. Maybe a little lower face lift. But again, to me looking different is changing your face.
Yeah. I think Teresa definitely looks the most different. But here's the thing, it's like you can see where that would be super inappropriate for someone to just call out in a girls' lunch. But at the same time, I kinda appreciate that about Vicki, because she's taking a contrarian approach to a group dynamic. Which when you think about people with Libra placements, it's not always just Libras are charming and peaceful and are socially very well-versed. They sometimes, if they don't actually care about the people that they're with in the group, they're just gonna take the contrarian opinion or say what they wanna say.
So to me, this says a lot about how Vicki really feels about everyone else. But then also when I look at her chart, Vicki has a lot of internalized shame that she projects outward to people. And I actually just feel really sad. And it's not a shade or anything, 'cause we all navigate this. But I do, like that part where she's talking about how she was super insecure about her appearance after Slade made that comment about Miss Piggy, and then —
Yeah, yet she did the same thing to Teresa a few hours before, so it's like the sensitivity chip missing.
Totally. It's a little narcissistic. And here's the thing, she has got a lot of Pisces placements. She has a Mercury in Pisces. It's a placement that I describe as very foot in mouth, and she has a hard time between what she wants to say immediately and — it's almost like she's always internally conflicted, but she'll just full send it. You know what I mean? It kinda just tells me this is how her mom talked to her, Vicki, in a different way. As much as she has obviously had a beautiful — like we saw obviously her and her mom on TV. But just when I'm looking at this aspect in the chart, it kind of naturally signifies there was challenge with mom around how mom may have communicated certain things, and how free Vicki was to be her. So there was a little bit of challenge that she's now again playing out with all her female friends essentially.
Well, and speaking of female friends, Tamra and Shannon cannot even get through what should be a fun nostalgia party without fighting. In my opinion, Tamra really picks that fight. You can see Shannon kind of avoided her and then made that gesture where she's like, "You know, the drink gang." And of course, Shannon storms away. It's not shocking to see them fall back into this pattern. I am so bored and I want out of this loop.
Well, during filming of the girls trip, we actually received a scoop back on January 30th that Tamra and Shannon were both cut from the finale following explosive behavior during the road trip during their portion of filming.
They go to The Quiet Woman and they kind of agree again to move forward. So that's the whole — 'cause a lot of Cocktailers are messaging me like, "Wait, but why wouldn't they show us?" Well, because they wanted to get them fighting at the beginning of the season and then settling it on OC and not have it done. They didn't want the opportunity at Bluestone for Dorinda to have two martinis and drunkenly intervene.
That makes sense.
But do we even know what they're fighting about anymore?
No, it's so tired. They just don't like each other, and that's okay. And it's like this cast needs a shakeup.
Yeah. I think that's the thing, like it's 20th anniversary stuff, so we're gonna be revisiting some of these fights that make no sense anymore in this context. But it just feels a little exhausting. And that, to be honest, is kind of like the energy also around — it's almost like producing content for the sake of producing content without having a real purpose or a real intention behind it, and it just feels like they're giving us The Avengers, but there's no real plot development. You know what I mean?
Summer House Cast Charts and Predictions
Here's my prediction, and I'm just coming up with this as the three of us are speaking. My prediction is this. RHORI, lightning in a bottle. Next Gen, we're all loving. Summer House is way on the upswing. My prediction is we are going to see Miami is paused. They took long breaks from both New York and New Jersey. We're bringing them back. If the ratings aren't there, they'll go away.
I predict OC will be paused. I know for 100% fact that they are currently casting for a new all-Black female Housewives cast.
Oh, amazing.
So that's trouble for Atlanta. I think they're sick of trying to rework something that isn't really taking off. And the salaries are very high. You get a new group of women in, say, Houston. You do what you did with Rhode Island. You pay them a tiny bit. Everyone's tuning in for new women. We all get attached to new women. New stars are born. But I think that's where I think we're gonna see a lot of the cities.
Beverly Hills, though, although I know the viewers, we complain it's the same storyline or whatever, highest ratings. So that probably will stay. RHONY and Jersey, it will depend on ratings. RHORI's here to stay. Salt Lake's here to stay. Everybody else has to watch out.
Well, and we call this the make us miss you strategy that we think that Bravo has been employing because even Beverly Hills has pushed off filming by a couple of months. They usually have started by about now, or by July, I believe. And what is it? Is it September that we're hearing cameras are gonna go up?
I think so.
Yeah. And I think you're exactly right, B, and I think it's a very strategic move, and I do think it's wise. And I do think they are smart to look outside of the current lineup to find other good and interesting stories to tell.
Oh, yeah. I think, I mean, here's the thing. That speaks to the general trends of the moment as well, even from an astrological perspective. It is the idea that we are getting celebrity fatigue, and of course, these are our celebrities in Bravoland. They're fixtures. They're statures. But people are hungry for new, ingenue. And I think when you think about how The Traitors civilian cast just got announced this week as well, right? People are really excited. It's the first season that there are no celebrities, and I mean, it's normalized with the other Traitors series. But in general, there's appetite for non-established and new, fresh voices. So it's spot on, basically, what you're saying.
Well, and speaking of New York, we have some In The City casting news. We have heard that Claudia, who does the Morning Toast, she goes by Girl With No Job —
Oh, yes. Oh my gosh.
Yes, that she was approached. She was very vocal on her podcast and said she would not be open to it, which is — I think that's good because I'm not open to it either. Not to say I don't like her or her husband. I actually do like them very much, but they have very much a shtick that kind of runs around them, just like Stassi kind of does, right? And I don't see them wanting or needing or really being a great part of an ensemble cast.
When I heard it, I thought it was an interesting choice for a lot of reasons, but primarily Kyle has beef with Claudia and her husband. You guys might remember that Craig had Spritz with Claudia and her husband. That was the original fight. Now, Kyle and Craig have since made up. However, Kyle's a professional, right? And if it was a personal beef like West or somebody like that, if Kyle felt it was good for ratings, Kyle would be open to it. However, this is a business beef. This is a direct competitor. So I think that it was an interesting choice that the network and production were willing — if Claudia and her husband, I love that I just call him her husband 'cause I don't know who he is — if they were open to it, that would've been featuring Loverboy and Spritz on the same show. What?
Regarding In The City casting, Kenny is a lock. That man is a star. Lindsay, lock. Kyle, lock. Ivan and Georgina, I'm fairly certain as long as they want to be back, they will be back. Outside of that, I am hearing that they really are casting and figuring out, which means everybody else — it really depends who they add to the cast. Everyone keeps asking about Amanda and West. And again, I think they're actively looking. And if they find interesting people, like Andrea and Lexi are definitely in the take 'em or leave 'em bucket. They're currently — looks like they're living in LA, which isn't really an indicator because they're models and they move a lot for their different gigs. But I think if they don't find somebody and there's space for them, maybe we could see them, but it's not a definite. I think we'll probably see Carl. That's the vibe.
I think so too. Again, the Summer House OGs are having — can we talk about the astrology of Lindsay, Kyle, Carl? They had this crazy shakeup happen to their friend group, and really their livelihood, let's face it. Carl was kind of on the way out. He wasn't cast in In The City. Summer House was supposed to change over to Ciara and West and Jesse, and then Amanda and West went and threw this curve ball that really upset the apple cart. And so what does Lindsay, Kyle, Carl, what are they looking like astrologically?
Yeah, so it's interesting 'cause funnily enough, when we were talking about this Leo eclipse season, right, you're thinking about the Leos in the room, so naturally you're thinking about Kyle, who's a Leo sun, and a Taurus rising. Fixed sign, so big for him. So Amanda also Leo rising, and actually Amanda's chart's very activated, and her and West's charts are very activated through Q1 of 2027. I'm not saying Amanda is gonna be pregnant or anything, but there could be symbolism around that. Like, their charts are really that loud. And so it just signifies that there would be big changes for Amanda and West coming up through Q1 of 2027. Again, which is very interesting in the context of the show.
But Lindsay is a Leo. It was her birthday this week. And so you're thinking about, wow, it's a big year for Lindsay, a big year. It's to me going to be even bigger, and it's important for Lindsay as a Leo with relationships and things like that, especially in the fall. What I will say is this, '23 summer was a very important summer, and that was the summer that Carl and Lindsay had their huge blowup and that they broke down, basically, their engagement. And then Amanda and Kyle also had a very rocky, almost as if it was worse for them, and then Lindsay and Carl kind of came in and really ended things.
But this upcoming fall is basically a direct build off from that summer. So either you spent these last four years trying to repair your relationship, so much so that it comes back stronger, so much so that we can maybe see what else is there to grow from this, i.e., Lindsay and Carl —
Wait a minute. Are you saying that you see Lindsay and Carl getting back together, or just strengthening their friendship?
I would say they would be strengthening their friendship in such a way that if they did get back together, it really wouldn't surprise me. It's just the nature of the cycles and how things are gelling. I can even see an evolved dynamic with them. But yes, this fall will be kind of big because Lindsay is a Scorpio moon, and so because this fall involves — if you have Scorpio and Libra placements for this fall, relationships are gonna be top of mind. Just getting that out there, right? So you see that in Lindsay's chart, it's hitting her relationship sector. So either way, for Lindsay, there should be some interesting developments when it comes to relationships.
I know this is really mean, so I've never said it out loud.
There is no phrase in the English language that gets everyone to snap to attention.
Okay, I'm just gonna say it, and I like Carl. With that said, I always felt when Lindsay got together with Carl, it was her settling because she felt he was a good, solid person, and she had this timeline, and she wanted a child, and at that time she really wanted marriage. So she wanted the family. I think she felt like Summer House would be wrapping up and I really hate to say this, but almost like, well, this is a perfect candidate for me to move to the next phase of life and then push for a show about that. I really felt that way. And I think that now that so much has changed, and I think she was mad at him because I think that she took it personally, but to be honest, I don't think she loved him.
I think she loved the idea of what it would give her for her future, both professionally, meaning they could do a spin-off show and all that, and the marriage and the baby. I feel like now that she has her spin-off show, she has her baby, she's not really prioritized — but I think this is just, again, my thought, that there could be a point where she's dating and she keeps meeting the same type of guy, and her and Carl do strengthen, and she kind of looks at him and kind of thinks the same thing. Like, you know what? Prince Charming isn't gonna come. He's solid. I can have a second baby with him. He'd be a great stepfather, and I could see her getting back together with him. I don't even wanna use the word settling, almost like making a more practical decision rather, 'cause she does love him. But it's not like this fiery, crazy love, and it never was. Does that make sense?
I think for Lindsay, I hear what you're saying. She is a very strategic person overall. And when I say calculating, it's not a bad thing. I love Lindsay, and I do think that she's just very savvy about how to work with people and seize opportunity. And I really like that about her as an ambitious hustler in the city. But what I would say is that comment that you made about she likes maybe the idea of a relationship more than the person, I would argue that's across the board. That's not just a Carl thing. That is a Lindsay thing that she is trying to work through. Because before it was about the checklist. And so now she's given herself the checklist. On some level she's broken free of that. It's interesting to see what she then chooses to do. But her chart is naturally quite wired towards intimacy and relationship, and it's almost as if she is learning, again, not to necessarily fall in love with the idea of the relationship, but to really understand what it means to be in relationship with a person.
I think having the baby does free her from that a little bit. But I can imagine, again, like mid of 2027 next summer, so next summer will be important filming-wise for Lindsay, and then 2028 into 2029 being very big changes for Lindsay from a family and career perspective as well. So it's like we're building up to bigger change. But yeah, just think of this as it really is a really interesting moment for Lindsay getting her relationships in order. But next summer will be particularly interesting for Lindsay to keep an eye out on.
And you kind of covered West and Amanda, and I guess I'm wondering if those energies mean they'll be on In The City.
It signifies a lot about — so here's the thing, I can either see this as ending or pregnancy, and I'm not saying like she's absolutely gonna be pregnant, but it's just, she does have a very activated chart right now, and both of them are fixed sign rising, so this is a consequential season for them. I wouldn't imagine that it'd be over necessarily, but it just kind of feels like, if I'm being honest, it feels like there's a finality, but then they'll have something come up on their end, so then it becomes complicated. Do we wanna cover them or do we wanna talk about them, or do you know what I mean? Because they won't maybe explicitly be on the show like this. But yeah, it just feels like for their relationship, Amanda, there's one specific placement her and West share that will be getting hit August 28th. So definitely pay attention to that last week in August, but I'm sure that's when they'll finalize, or they'll probably even hear. I just imagine that they won't continue, but there will be developments on their end to keep an eye out for.
And what do you see for Ciara? Because I know there was a lot of, and we had heard through a source that Ciara would be back, but I know Amanda and I were very much like, "But I wonder if she will." Because clearly she didn't have to. She's got checks coming out of her ears. She's modeling, she's in the video with Shaboozey, which we kinda think is a smart PR thing.
I think so too. I thought he was dating SZA. That's why when I saw that come up, I was like, "Oh, that's interesting." 'Cause I had seen rumors that Shaboozey and SZA were actually secretly dating.
I mean, it's smart for both of them, right? It's like a power couple without being a couple. But what do we see for our girl, Ciara?
Again, honestly, so Ciara's a Libra rising. She's got so much Capricorn. Again, next summer, I would say this is a big year for her to expand her name, but if we're really thinking about relationship stuff, it'll be starting next year. So what's also really beautiful about her chart right now is there is this moment of transformation that's hitting her creative house, her romance house, her self-expression house. Here's the thing. Jan 2028, I would imagine there being a big announcement. I can actually kinda see her taking over even the Love Island hosting, or something. I know she's on After Sun right now, but it just feels like also with Ariana's chart, there is evolution there. So it wouldn't surprise me if there was a more active shakeup when it comes to hosting.
But between this year, I mean, this whole year is one giant expansion for Ciara, especially as it relates to career prospects, also as it relates to her home stuff. She'll be dealing with some home things or with the renovation and whatnot, but ultimately next summer will be — I would imagine next summer there being the more formal, okay, she's actually no longer coming back, even though I had my doubts about this upcoming summer. It's just 'cause her chart just feels so busy, it would be very surprising for me to imagine otherwise. But that being said, you are gonna wanna pay attention to her October and November this year as well because she's a Libra rising. So there's a sense of she's revamping her brand or her reputation is changing.
Maybe they'll out West and Amanda from In The City and they'll pop Ciara in. Honestly, I wanna see more of Ciara. I just wanna see more.
And she's so interesting. What she has going on in The City is so interesting. All of these brand deals, all of the stuff happening. It makes so much sense, whereas West and Amanda — okay, we're all interested in maybe seeing where they're at. But if they're together, it's just them hanging out in groups acting like they're still in college at college bars. There's not much beyond an episode where you catch up with them, which give them the day rate. Let us see it. I'm interested in seeing it.
But I really firmly believe that if Bravo pulls that from them, if they're not cast, if they're not getting a sizable check, I think West is out. I think the only reason there's any sort of situation still going on is because this is really the only angle he has. I mean, we see it in his posting. Like — oh. Posting that picture of Jesse that was months old.
Yes. And even this week, Amanda, shout out to us, the exclusive we had last week that Summer House was gonna be doing a Below Deck episode.
Yes. Oh, so excited.
And again, we get so much hate when we say things that are like, "Oh yeah, right. They don't know what they're talking about." I got crazy DMs, and Bravo actually confirmed it, which I was like, "Thank you so much for not making us wait." But the day that was announced, West posted a bunch of pictures. He actually deleted it shortly after. And him and Amanda were in it, and it was just every single — I don't know what his — oh. The podcast is no longer in his bio, which was told to me by a bunch of followers.
Oh.
He's really hitting the wall that Amanda hit sooner. She really lost all her brand deals and everything. And I think he was, in the short term after the scandal, we were all listening. I wasn't personally, but people were tuning into his podcast, and he was making a lot of ad rev. Well, if the podcast is no longer there, either he's choosing to go a different route with the podcast, but once the scandal's gone, people aren't tuning in just for West.
No. So I don't see why the network would — I just don't. Anyway.
Yeah, I hear you. No, it makes sense. It makes sense. I wonder if there's — it's so interesting 'cause I'm just looking at Amanda and West's chart together, 'cause in theory, you can look at your charts layered on top of each other. You can also look at the chart that comes up when you both merge, almost like this is the baby that you both created, and it tells you a lot about where timing is as well. Again, the fall for Amanda and West feels interesting. It almost makes me wonder if they're gonna move because there — or maybe there's, again, this idea of another show or revisiting a show, because there's a lot about their press house that's getting activated, and their money house, and there's like a revisiting of that. So it just kind of feels like it's in a different form or something. I don't know, but the story's not over with them just yet, is what I'm trying to say as well. We're not out of the woods until Q1 2027 with Amanda and West, so don't be surprised to hear more stuff.
What do you see about Kyle? Because he's had such an interesting year obviously. He seems like he's really on the up with his DJ career. His love life is being very much talked about. What do you see for him?
Yeah, so this eclipse is important because it's hitting his Mercury. Mercury rules his fifth house of creative activity, of children, of romance, so it makes a lot of sense that he's out on the town. There's also a lot about money for him. So I would say this is a big eclipse, a big 18 months, where he really gets to make his bag, or really go after his bag, and maybe pursue it in an unbridled way, that wasn't such a drain, maybe as a symbolism of his relationship with Amanda, low-key. It's almost like the opportunities that are coming in, everything is going to kind of play off this more vibrant, joyful type of energy.
But that being said, I kinda do wonder if Kyle is having — he's basically going through his midlife quakes right now, and I think you don't have to know astrology to know that he's going through his midlife crisis. But there's a sense of he has to kind of break away from his old habits. And so he's gonna kind of step out and do some different things than what we have been accustomed to. But admittedly right now, he is probably feeling almost unsteady. There's a sense of untetheredness that's coming in the chart, almost like an identity, like, I don't really know who I am. Like, right now maybe it feels okay because it's in the midst, it's eye of the storm. He's dealing with the chaos and he's handling it really well.
But again, it just feels like — I remember maybe on Cocktails when we had highlighted the Amanda and Kyle situation before they announced their separation and divorce at BravoCon and whatever. I remember just looking at Kyle's chart being like, well, that's just gonna be a pretty gnarly fall. Again, it just feels like there's significant development coming for Amanda and West that's gonna implicate Kyle and there's just gonna be this whole, like, we moved on, but mentally I'm still not moved on. And so if anything happens to you, I'm still emotionally invested and I have to revisit how I feel about this if I'm, let's say, in a relationship or not. So that's kind of what's coming up for Kyle.
Well, I can see that because I think that we know beyond a shadow of a doubt and sources confirmed that West not only hooked up with Amanda, but he genuinely wanted to take down Kyle, right? So there was like a deep-seated jealousy or feeling of like, okay, you've had your run. Now I'm the face of Summer House. Obviously, that didn't work. When and if — or I should just say when — West leaves Amanda, it will bother him very much if then Amanda gets back on one of the shows. And I could see Kyle getting involved. 'Cause Kyle is always gonna be Amanda's protector until I think Amanda meets somebody that he feels, you know —
Can take his role.
Yes, exactly. And we know that West and Amanda's relationship is gonna be however he is. So I just feel like Kyle will be meddling because we know Amanda's personality. And so when the public scandal comes out that West cheated on her, she's gonna call Kyle. Kyle's going to involve himself. I can totally see that, and that's what's gonna get them on television. Maybe West does something before the end of the summer that we post about.
I mean, it's gonna be a loaded month, let me just tell you that. The stuff that you're gonna get this month will be significant from a blinds perspective.
We like that. We really like that.
Good.
Right on. We love it. Tasha, this has been amazing. We love you coming in and giving us all the — it was so funny. I was explaining to my daughter, she was like, 'cause she remembers when we were doing our call. And I'm like, "What do you mean?" I'm like, "Well, she does astrology for the reality stars." She's like, "That's crazy. They all call her?" I'm like, "No, no, she reads their charts. Some of them do call her, but she reads the charts." And yeah, it was really funny.
No, it's cool because I've read Vicki, and I've gotten her info, and I read Gizelle at her birthday as well, and Ashley at Gizelle's birthday, and Jay. Like, there are some people that I've had the privilege of coming into contact with and reading through this process. But yeah, I can imagine it'd probably be tough to wanna get a reading from me knowing I'm also covering so many of — I have my opinions about people, but yeah.
Oh, I feel like you're so nice about your opinions, even Vicki.
Yeah. I mean, here's the thing. People come in and we have a conversation, and I've heard the craziest thing. I'm not here to cast judgment. I have my biases. You know where I stand about things, but then ultimately when I'm talking to you, I treat you like a human, and so I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt.
That comes through so much.
Oh, I appreciate that. Thank you.
It's true, and I think for some people being — first of all, it's very vulnerable, because you know your stuff, so now you almost know somebody intimately before you — we've never met in person. And you tell me things about myself that I don't even realize. It is vulnerable to have an astrology reading. It's very intimate.
Totally. I mean, what does Dua Lipa say? She doesn't have a therapist, she has an astrologer.
Same. Same, actually.
100%. I think it's do you wanna rehash or see where you're going? And I'm a person who'd much rather see where I'm going than try to pick apart where I've been and how it affects me. I'm good. Let's keep going.
Yeah. That's so Sag. I love that.
I know. My thing is this, if I can kind of predict it — and I actually really appreciate what you said at the pool party, when you said something along the lines of, "I will look at your chart and look at the highest potential for it. Whether you still want to engage with that, that's still free will and your decision, and we can work through things. But I can see the highest potential of how something's gonna go, and I can see the lowest potential of how something's gonna go. And of course I'm gonna tell you about the highest potential." But it's still, like manifesting, it's still on you to take an action to make that happen.
That's really the key, and that's where we get into limiting and all of that.
Absolutely. And this is why we love talking to you.
Yes. It's always so fun. I'm always appreciative whenever y'all invite me back on, 'cause I'm like, "Oh my God, what juicy Bravo tea am I gonna get?"
