Bravo & Cocktails told you months ago that “Southern Charm” would return in November — and B&C knew a “secret” was coming, but we had no idea it would be THIS shocking!
Now, Bravo has made it official.
On Monday, October 5, the network dropped the first trailer for “Southern Charm” season 12, which premieres Thursday, November 12, following Bravo Fan Fest 2026. And it doesn’t take long for that “love child” bombshell to make its way into the trailer.
During a group dinner on the cast’s Hawaiian getaway, Whitney Sudler-Smith decides it’s time to address a major rumor.
“There’s an elephant in the room, which we kind of need to address,” Whitney tells the group.
“The assumption is that one of you has a love child,” he adds, leaving the table stunned.
‘Southern Charm’ Season 12 Has Plenty More Relationship Drama
The mystery surrounding the “love child” isn’t the only complicated relationship situation coming this season.
Newcomer Allie Newman joins the Charleston crew and quickly gets involved. Austen Kroll’s former flame begins a romance with another member of the group.
Meanwhile, Salley Carson still has feelings for Austen, although Austen maintains that they’re only friends. Things become even messier when Austen reveals that he went out with Molly O’Connell.
“The fact that you went home with Austen is (f**king) crazy,” Salley tells Molly in the trailer.
“Y’all are not dating,” Molly fires back.
Another scene shows an emotional confrontation between Austen and Salley.
“It’s none of your business,” Austen tells her. “You and I? Cut it the (f**k) off.”
“This is (f**ked) up,” Salley responds. (Meanwhile, in real time, Salley and Austen are constantly posting each other on social media…)
The situation between Salley and Molly also escalates, with the trailer showing Molly banging on a bedroom door while Salley remains inside.
Craig Conover, Shep Rose & the Rest of the Charleston Crew Return
Plenty is happening outside the Austen, Salley, and Molly situation.
Whitner Slagsvol navigates feelings for multiple women, while Shep Rose gets an unexpected text from former “Southern Charm” cast member Taylor Ann Green. Craig Conover, meanwhile, enters a new chapter as a children’s book author.
“After a reunion where the status of friendships and situationships remained ambiguous, the Charmers are determined to define their relationships and mend wounds,” Bravo’s official season 12 synopsis reads. “However, when true feelings bubble up and juicy rumors catch fire, the group seeks to unveil the truth – even if it costs them more than just friendships.”
Season 12 features Venita Aspen, Salley, Craig, Austen, Madison LeCroy, Molly, Rodrigo Reyes, Whitner, Shep, Allie, Patricia Altschul, and Whitney.
