Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia have officially settled their divorce — and “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is walking away with a multimillion-dollar package.

After a two-year court battle, Porsha, 45, secured full control of the former couple’s Atlanta mansion, a $1.568 million payout and a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on August 7.

The settlement comes nearly four years after Porsha and Simon, 62, married in November 2022. Their marriage lasted less than two years before Porsha filed for divorce.

According to TMZ, Porsha informed the court that Simon transferred his interest in their previously shared Atlanta mansion to her through a quitclaim deed.

That means Porsha now controls the property and can refinance or sell the home without Simon’s involvement.

But the house wasn’t the only major asset included in their agreement.

Simon also agreed to pay Porsha $1,568,181.63 from his portion of the home’s equity and give her the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost. According to the court documents, he must also pay any additional money he still owes her.

The former couple reached the settlement during an August 5 hearing. Porsha told the court that Simon had already agreed to the terms outlined in a consent order.
