“Summer House” star Carl Radke is spilling the tea on his ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard’s rumored romance with “Below Deck Mediterranean” star Joe Bradley, and his reaction to the dating speculation is only adding fuel to the fire.
During an October 15 interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” Carl, 41, was asked whether he could ever see himself rekindling his relationship with Lindsay, 40.
The Soft Bar founder quickly shut down the possibility, explaining that the former couple is better off as friends. He also revealed that Lindsay may already have someone new in her life.
Carl claimed his ex is “talking to somebody else.”
When podcast co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy asked whether that person was Joe, Carl smiled before offering a telling response.
“Quite possibly,” he teased.
And he didn’t stop there.

Rather than avoiding questions about Lindsay’s rumored new man, Carl had nothing but positive things to say about the “Below Deck Mediterranean” star.
Carl described Joe as “a good-looking man” and “really cool.”
“I know the ladies like him. He’s got the ridiculous blue eyes all the ladies love,” he added.
Although Carl didn’t officially confirm that Lindsay and Joe are dating, his comments come as speculation about the two Bravo personalities continues to grow.
As Bravo and Cocktails previously reported, fans spotted Lindsay backstage during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
Meanwhile, an eyewitness recently alleged to DeuxMoi that Lindsay and Joe were spotted kissing while filming “In the City,” Bravo’s upcoming “Summer House” spinoff.
The rumored romance has also caught the attention of Joe’s “Below Deck Mediterranean” castmate Captain Sandy Yawn.
Sandy told Page Six that she “felt [a] vibe” between Lindsay and Joe, leading her to believe there could be “some truth” to the speculation.
Neither Lindsay nor Joe has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship.
The Joe Bradley at the center of these rumors is the “Below Deck Mediterranean” personality, not the Bravo star of the same name who appears on “Southern Hospitality.”
Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke’s Complicated History Takes Another Turn
Lindsay and Carl have plenty of history together, making his comments about her dating life particularly noteworthy.
The former couple dated on and off between 2019 and 2023 before Carl proposed in August 2022.
However, their relationship ended in August 2023, just two months before their planned November wedding in Mexico.
Lindsay later began dating Turner Kufe, and they welcomed their daughter, Gemma, in December 2024.
The couple separated shortly after their daughter was born.
As for Carl, he told the podcast that he is currently “focused on [his] career” and didn’t share any updates about his own romantic life.
However, he revealed that he and Lindsay were actually helping each other navigate the dating scene while filming the “Summer House” and “Below Deck Mediterranean” crossover in Greece in June.
According to Carl, the exes were “wingman-ing” for each other during the trip.
The crossover episodes are expected to air in 2027 as part of “Summer House” season 11 and “Below Deck Mediterranean” season 12.
