Andy Cohen and Jeff Lewis have nearly 20 years of history together, and viewers got a fresh look at their sometimes complicated dynamic during the Sept. 28 premiere of “Still Flipping Out.”

Andy made a cameo during the cold open of the new series as cameras followed Jeff to the SiriusXM offices in Los Angeles. Jeff referred to Andy as his “boss,” which is technically true: Andy serves as executive producer of Radio Andy, home to “Jeff Lewis Live.”

But it didn’t take long for the longtime friends to start giving each other a hard time.

“Were you complaining that John Mayer has a better studio than you?” Andy asked.

“Yes. He’s never here,” Jeff quickly replied.

The exchange offered a glimpse of the relationship Bravo fans have watched evolve since “Flipping Out” premiered in 2007. Behind the jokes, however, Andy also made it clear how valuable Jeff has become to his SiriusXM lineup.

Andy Cohen Reveals What He Really Thinks About ‘Jeff Lewis Live’

During a producer interview on “Still Flipping Out,” Andy praised Jeff’s radio career and the group of regular personalities he has assembled around him.

“Jeff is perfect for the radio. He’s created a world of Chumps, or regular guests,” Andy said. “They’re kind of his Wack Pack.”

Viewers then saw clips of Jeff welcoming some familiar Bravo faces and celebrity guests to his show, including Meredith Marks, Cynthia Bailey, Leva Bonaparte, Mercedeh Javid, Caroline Stanbury and Fortune Feimster.

Andy had another big compliment for Jeff after the montage.

“‘Jeff Lewis Live’ has been great for Radio Andy. It’s a big hit,” he said.

Jeff launched “Jeff Lewis Live” on Radio Andy in September 2017, a decade after “Flipping Out” first introduced him to Bravo viewers.

Jeff Lewis Previously Revealed What Really Makes Andy Cohen Mad

Their friendship hasn’t always been smooth.

During an October 2025 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” Jeff was challenged to reveal the five things he does that are guaranteed to upset Andy.

“These aren’t digs at you. These are things I do that piss you off,” Jeff explained.

“I constantly ask you for more money. I constantly ask you to pay expenses. I constantly ask you for perks. I criticize other Radio Andy hosts,” he continued. “Sometimes I reveal behind-the-scenes details of Bravo, and then I think the number one where you didn’t talk to me for probably two to three months is when I read your personal texts to me on the radio. And I’ll never do it again.”

Andy admitted there was some truth to Jeff’s list, but clarified which offenses actually bothered him.

“Let me just say this: it was really the last two [that] are things that I get mad at. The rest I can handle,” Andy said.
