Britani Bateman and Jared Osmond are off again — but anyone who has followed this relationship probably knows better than to assume that means forever.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” friend gave a new update on her famously on-again, off-again romance with Jared, revealing that they are currently apart after she ended things once again.
“You know, it’s always complicated,” Britani told Us Weekly while promoting her “What About Me?” cabaret show in New York City. “Just literally, when I think that never, ever, ever, ever, ever again, I’m like, ‘Okay,’ and then we’ll start talking again.”
For the moment, however, Britani is single.
“Right now, no. Right now we’re not together,” she confirmed.
Britani also estimated that she and Jared have broken up around 50 times over the course of their relationship. The pair’s history includes multiple reconciliations and several engagements, so another reunion might not exactly come as a shock.
Britani Bateman’s RHOSLC Season 7 Bio Says Jared Is Out of the Picture
Britani’s latest comments make her official Bravo bio for RHOSLC season 7 a little more interesting.
The bio describes Jared as “allegedly out of the picture” as Britani heads into the new season determined to get more respect from the group. She also plans to bring more positivity and fun to her friendships, although her tendency to stir the pot could make that easier said than done.
Technically, Jared is out of the picture right now. Britani’s comments, however, suggest she isn’t ready to close that door for good.
That probably shouldn’t surprise anyone who has been keeping track of their relationship.
Britani and Jared Have Already Come Back From Another Major Split
In December 2025, Britani revealed that she and Jared were dating again after spending eight months apart.
“We’re back together. It’s been eight months!” she announced during an appearance on John Hill’s radio show.
At the time, Britani said Jared had spent those eight months showing through his actions that he was serious about their relationship. That reconciliation came after Britani previously insisted the pair would remain friends instead of becoming romantically involved again.
The reunion didn’t last.
By February 2026, Britani announced that they had split again and said her heart was broken.
Six months later, Britani is once again single. She told Us Weekly that she is “dating up a storm” while putting her energy into her cabaret performances and an upcoming book.
Still, Jared may be harder to permanently remove from the story.
After nearly 50 breakups, several engagements and more than a few unexpected reconciliations, Britani isn’t making any promises about what happens next.
Fans may hear more about the complicated relationship when “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 7 premieres Sept. 16 on Bravo.
