Brittany Cartwright is no longer staying quiet about Jax Taylor’s rumored relationship with her former publicist, Lori Krebs.
The “The Valley” star shared her strongest comments yet in a new interview with People, saying she hopes the pair are “absolutely miserable” after their romance became public. Brittany’s remarks come just weeks after photos surfaced showing Jax and Lori looking cozy together during a vacation in Mexico.
The former couple, who announced their separation in February 2024 before Brittany filed for divorce that August, finalized custody arrangements for their 5-year-old son, Cruz, in March.

Speaking candidly about the situation, Brittany made it clear she believes both Jax and Lori betrayed her trust.
“I never wish bad for anybody, but they have to be absolutely miserable,” Brittany told People. “And I hope they are.”
She continued, “I feel like I was taken advantage of by those two individuals and it is sick.”
Brittany also accused Jax of lacking empathy and claimed he admitted to someone that he had been intimate with Lori.
Later in the interview, she turned her attention toward her former publicist.
“I’ve never seen a snake like this before in my entire life,” Brittany said, seemingly referring to Lori.
“I’ve never seen another publicist want to be the center of attention like she did.”
Lori had represented Brittany and Jax for more than a decade, serving as both their publicist and a trusted friend.
Romance Rumors Turned Into Vacation Photos
The latest fallout began after TMZ published photos of Jax and Lori vacationing together in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The images showed the pair embracing in a swimming pool, holding each other closely and spending time together around the resort.
According to TMZ, Brittany fired Lori after the photos surfaced.
A source also told Page Six that Brittany felt more betrayed by Lori than by Jax.
“When the Jax-Lori rumors first started swirling two years ago, Brittany chose to believe Lori that nothing was going on,” the source claimed, referring to speculation that first surfaced in early 2024.
The source also alleged that Lori “has always inserted herself into moments that should be about her clients” and said she had now “crossed a line she cannot come back from.”
