Ally Shapiro is opening up about a personal milestone after years of weight loss.

In an interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” the daughter of former “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Jill Zarin revealed she recently underwent her first cosmetic procedure—a breast augmentation combined with a lift—after losing about 50 pounds while taking a GLP-1 medication over the past decade.

Ally Shapiro Says the Procedure Was About Feeling Like Herself Again

Ally, 33, explained that the surgery wasn’t about dramatically changing her appearance but restoring volume she lost after her weight-loss journey.

“I wanted a very natural result,” she said. “I wanted my body to feel proportionate again and for my outside to match how healthy and confident I felt on the inside.”

She added that she initially wasn’t interested in implants but changed her mind after consulting with plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky.

“I had no interest in getting implants, but after hearing his expert opinion, I’m so happy I trusted him,” Ally said, joking that she “went from a B cup to… a B cup.”

The reality TV daughter also credited Jill with encouraging her to explore her options and supporting her throughout recovery.

“She stayed with me after surgery and even shared my bed for two weeks while I recovered,” Ally shared.

Months later, Ally said the biggest change has been her confidence.

“It’s not about looking different,” she explained. “It’s about finally feeling like my body matches how I feel.”

Ally’s news comes months after Jill made headlines when she was removed from E!’s upcoming series “The Golden Life” following her racially charged social media comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance. Production company Blink49 Studios announced it would no longer move forward with her involvement, saying the decision aligned with the company’s standards and values.
