Bravo’s newly released midseason trailer for season 2 of “Next Gen NYC” hinted that something unexpected happened between Ariana Biermann and Charlie Zakkour. Now, an insider tells Bravo and Cocktails that the two castmates did more than flirt while filming.
According to the source, “Ariana and Charlie hooked up,” adding, “We will see it play out!!”

The trailer includes several moments that suggest Ariana and Charlie grew closer during filming.
In one scene, Charlie tells castmate Shai Fruchter during a phone call, “Ariana came over to sesh,” before adding, “Clutch his pearls, bro.”
Later, Riley Burruss jokingly refers to the pair as a “new dynamic duo,” while Emira D’Spain tells the group during a cast trip that Ariana “gave up her first-class seat to sit next to Charlie” while they were traveling.
When Ava Dash asks Ariana directly about her relationship with Charlie, Ariana denies that a romance is developing.
However, the Bravo and Cocktails source says viewers haven’t seen the full story yet and that their hookup will unfold as the season continues.
The reported romance comes after Ariana embraced single life following her split from longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend Hudson McLeroy, setting the stage for what could become one of season 2’s biggest surprises.
