Kim and Kroy—-House is back in pre-foreclosure. It has to be paid or sold by 11/7.
They’ve been interviewing agents, but haven’t come to agreement (shocker) so it keeps dragging on.

For someone who wanted to sell it so badly, you would think Kroy would have an agent lined up already
Just because someone wants to sell doesn’t mean an agent (in their right mind) would take the listing… if it’s in foreclosure I can’t imagine an agent would make much money and can’t imagine the headache I’d dealing with Kim.
I don’t think an agent can assist in the sale if BOTH parties are not willing to work with the agent. That could create some messy legal problems for the agent.
Pre-foreclosure is different than foreclosure (at least here). They typically have a set amount of time that they have to sell and pay the bank back. If it’s short sale, the bank will need to approve it. Again I don’t know how Georgia works, but here you can list the house for sale with only one seller, but all sellers need to agree and sign the offer to accept it. At the same time it may not be worth it for the agent because Kim could be blocking them from doing anything to properly market and show the house – which is really dumb if she wants to walk away with any kind of profit from the house.
